We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact, and in resalable condition. To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number so we can provide return instructions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read the product description, including materials, finishes, sizing and specifications, prior to purchase. We clearly outline whether items are solid gold, gold-plated, sterling silver, stainless steel, or other materials. Refunds will not be granted due to misunderstandings or assumptions regarding product materials, including mistaken beliefs that an item is solid gold or sterling silver where it is not.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
