At Accessory Jewellery we carefully prepare and package every jewellery order to ensure it arrives safely and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch and deliver orders within Australia and internationally.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Australia.

During peak periods (such as sales, product launches or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer shipping Australia-wide using reputable carriers such as Australia Post or other recognised courier services.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: [2–8 business days]

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International delivery typically takes 5–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, we will assist where possible if your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can investigate with the carrier.

We are not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

Risk and Title

Risk in the jewellery products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated shipping address. Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.
